People of Siem Reap

In 2017, I embarked on my volunteering experiences in Laos, Thailand and Cambodia.

Along my journey, I have encountered many beautiful people and learned about their stories.

People of Siem Reap is my debut project of PeopleStories.

"My father works at a construction site and mother cleans at the hospital.  I am 5 years old and I like going to preschool everyday.   My happy time is when I am at school and playing with my friends.  I love watching cartoon and stories on TV.  My favourite colour is green.  If I have lots of money, I would like to buy land.  My dream is to become a doctor one day."

"People of Siem Reap, you have an incredible ability to bounce back.  I am forever grateful for your love, kindness and openness to share."
